Counseling and Cupcakes, LLC – Therapy Services

Counseling and Cupcakes™ Clinical Supervision Program

IFS-informed, neurodivergent-affirming clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians in Colorado.

Clinical supervision should be more than checking boxes or collecting hours. It should help you strengthen your clinical judgment, deepen your case conceptualization, navigate ethical complexity, and build a sustainable identity as a therapist.

Sweet Clinical Supervision offers structured, engaged supervision for clinicians who want clinical rigor, relational depth, and support that acknowledges the realities of this field.

My supervision style is structured, direct, supportive, and reflective. We focus on clinical skill development while also making room for the parts of you that show up in the work: imposter feelings, perfectionism, avoidance, urgency, burnout, over-functioning, or fear of getting it wrong.

Supervision integrates:

Internal Family Systems informed thinking
Liberation psychology
Feminist theory
Neurodivergent-affirming care
Mindfulness and somatic awareness
Community psychology
Trauma-informed clinical practice

Do you provide supervision for Colorado licensure hours?

Yes. Supervision is structured to support Colorado pre-licensed clinicians, including the minimum requirement of 3 hours of supervision per month. Supervisees are responsible for confirming requirements specific to their credential and board.

Do you offer virtual and in-person supervision?

Yes. Telehealth and in-person supervision may be available for clinicians located in Colorado, specifically the Colorado Springs area.

Do I need to practice IFS?

No. You do not need to identify as an IFS therapist. However, openness to parts-informed reflection is important.

Do you offer signature-only supervision?

No. This is active, engaged supervision with consistent case review, ethical discussion, documentation support, and clinical feedback.

Are groups required?

No. Groups are optional. Group supervision is strongly encouraged for clinicians who want additional community, consultation, professional development, specialization spotlight, and reflective support.
